“Red Apple is probably the best West African market in the area. Red Apple sells a huge variety of frozen, fresh, dried, and canned West African items that would be very difficult to find elsewhere. The butcher section, where you can get oxtails, goat, chicken feet, and other less popular animal parts, as well as fish that aren’t sold at other stores, all cut to your preferences (I like to have wide oxtails cut down and this was the first and only place that offered that service).
