Dr. Wilkinson J. Ninala brings a caring personable approach to patient care. Specializing in Internal Medicine Dr. Ninala serves a diversified patient population. At Ninala Medical Center we provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult populations across varied ethnic groups with a wide variety of clinical presentations. Dr. Ninala incorporates disease prevention, family support, and mental health care into his broad ranging and diverse practice.
Dr. Ninala has served his community with distinction as a recipient of the Governor’s Award for service in the state of Maryland and a recipient of the White House Lifetime Achievement Award.
Dr. Ninala serves as Medical Director of NMC and has also served as Medical Director of Frontline Medical Center where he had the opportunity to care for patients with disabilities. NMC serves the Maryland Metropolitan area and is conveniently located at the corner of New Hampshire Ave and University Blvd in the Takoma Park/Silver Spring area.
Our office provides bilingual translation for our Spanish-speaking patients and our staff take satisfaction in caring for the Hispanic members of our community. Dr. Ninala provides in-house medical care for patients at Springfield Hospital Center in Sykesville, Maryland. NMC is open daily for appointments Monday through Friday and additionally accepts same day visits and walk-ins. Patients may also request convenient telehealth appointments.
